Recently published data from DCLG (England) shows that the ending of assured shorthold tenancies (AST) is increasingly given as the reason households are accepted by local authorities as homeless. Today (28th October)  Revenue Scotland published their latest statistics on Land and Building Transaction Tax for month of September.
